Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply return the eligible product for a refund (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
